We believe your order should be flawless, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you feel the product isn't quite right, we're here to help. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

1. Return conditions

If you think the product is not suitable, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Our team is ready to assist you.

You can return your product for any reason, even if you just changed your mind. To ensure a successful return, please ensure that your product is in new condition and retains its original packaging. If you decide to return the product, we will charge you 10% of the product price for return shipping, with a maximum cost of HK$1,200. If there is no original packaging, the fee will be 20% of the payment amount. Returns outside the standard service area will be charged the original shipping amount.

When the product returns to our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. As long as the product remains in like-new condition, we will refund the money minus applicable return shipping charges.

Flexcomforts mattresses are third-party products, please refer to the relevant section for applicable return policies.

2. Warranty scope

Sometimes, unforeseen problems occur. If there are any issues with your product when it arrives, please contact us immediately. To help us assess the issue, please take photos of the product from multiple angles and distances. If possible, please provide a photo of the outer box when the product arrived to see if it was damaged during shipping. If photos do not fully reflect the problem, short videos are also welcome.

Our manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of product delivery. If you encounter a problem, please notify our team and we will arrange replacement parts, repairs.

Please note that our warranty is not transferable and does not apply to resale products. The warranty only applies to normal use of the product and any damage caused by neglect, misuse, accident, abnormal use, modification or commercial use will not be covered by the warranty.

3.Customized order

We strive to design beautiful, contemporary furniture that matches every decorating style and taste, using the highest quality materials and fabrics. Therefore, we offer product customization or adding more color options.

4. Damage after delivery

Our manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen and although damage to your home is not covered by our warranty, we are happy to provide advice on cleaning, maintenance and repairs where possible.
