1. Delivery scope
We currently only provide delivery services to Hong Kong and are not currently open to delivery to other countries or regions.

2. Processing and delivery time
1. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 working days after confirmation . The specific time depends on inventory status and customization needs.
2. After shipment, we will send a tracking number via email so you can track the order status at any time.
3. Transportation methods and time
1. We cooperate with multiple logistics companies to ensure that your sofa bed is delivered safely and quickly.
2. Standard shipping time is usually 5 -10 working days, the specific time depends on your geographical location.
3. Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may be delayed due to weather, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Make an appointment for delivery
We offer delivery by appointment. If you need to receive the goods within a specific time period, please indicate this when placing your order or contact us by email. Additional charges may apply for scheduled delivery.
5. Delivery Notice
1. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can track the delivery progress at any time.
2. Under normal circumstances, the logistics company will contact you one day before delivery to confirm the delivery time.
6. Signing requirements
It is recommended that you sign for it in person upon delivery to ensure that the sofa bed has not been damaged during transportation. If you need signature confirmation, please indicate it when placing your order or contact us.
7. Packaging and safety
All products are professionally packaged to ensure no damage during shipping. If you find any damage to the packaging or merchandise, please take a photo and contact our customer service team immediately.
8. Transportation insurance
All orders include shipping insurance to protect your purchase. If the product is damaged during transportation, we will be responsible for replacing or repairing it to ensure that you receive the product in perfect condition.
9. Received wrong product
If the product received does not match the order, please contact the customer service team via email within 24 hours. We will arrange the shipment of the correct item to you as soon as possible and handle the return of the incorrect item.
10. Damage treatment
If you find damage after receiving the product, please take a photo within 24 hours and send it to customer service email info@flexcomforts.com . We will provide replacement or repair services depending on the situation.
11. Expedited delivery
If there are special time requirements for expedited delivery, please indicate this when placing your order or contact our customer service team via email info@flexcomforts.com , additional charges may apply.
12. Return packaging
If you need to return the product, please try to keep the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged during return transportation. If the original packaging is not available, you are responsible for providing suitable packaging.
