1. Return policy

1. Return period:

  • You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the goods. We understand that furniture is an important investment, so you can take this time to review whether the product meets your expectations.

2. Return conditions:

  • Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and free of stains.
  • We accept returns if the item does not have its original packaging, but an additional repackaging fee will apply.
  • Certain returned products should be in "near new" condition. If the product does not meet this condition, we reserve the right to refuse returns.

3. Return fee:

  • If you decide to return the product, we will charge you 10% of the product price for return shipping, with a maximum cost of HK$1,400. If there is no original packaging, the fee will be 20% of the payment amount.

4. How to apply for return:

  • Please send an email to our customer service email address info@flexcomforts.com and include the order number, reason for return and product photos. If the item has any damage or quality issues, please be sure to provide a detailed picture description.

5.Refund process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected by us, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 working days. Refunds will be made less applicable restocking fees.

2. Exchange policy

1.Exchange conditions:

  • If the item you receive has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, you can request an exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days after receiving the goods.

2.Exchange fee:

  • If an item does have a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will bear all costs of an exchange, including shipping charges. However, if the original packaging is not available, additional charges may apply.
  • If you apply for an exchange due to personal reasons (such as changing color or style), we will charge the corresponding exchange fee, including transportation costs.

3. How to apply for exchange:

  • Please contact our customer service team via email at info@flexcomforts.com and provide the order number, reason for exchange and product photos. For defective or damaged items, please be sure to provide a detailed picture description.

4. Exchange processing:

  • After receiving your exchange request and related information, we will process your exchange request within 7 working days and provide new order tracking information.

3. Special instructions

1.Transportation damage:

  • If you find damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, please reject it and contact us immediately at info@flexcomforts.com . If you find damage after delivery, please take photos and send to our email within 24 hours.

2. Mattress:

  • Our Flexcomforts mattresses cannot be returned after use unless the mattress has obvious manufacturing defects .

3. Customized products:

  • Customized products are not accepted for return or exchange unless the product has an obvious manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.

4. Promotional products:

  • Sale items are not eligible for return unless the product has an obvious manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.

4. Final interpretation right
